Shipping policy
1. Wander + Laze offer free shipping within Australia for most orders over $200. This excludes rugs, furniture, or other bulky items, fragile items and limited edition releases.
For all orders under $200, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- If your item incurs postage costs that exceed the amount calculated at checkout, you many be issued a further postage invoice, or the option to cancel your order.
2.AVAILABILITY
We are actively monitoring all sales channels at all times. However, sometimes items may simultaneously sell out. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible via email, and give you the opportunity to swap your items, or request a refund to your original payment method.
3. SHIPPING TIMES
All orders will be dispatched, via Australia Post, within 48hrs of being received, or if placed on a weekend, on the next business day.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address and details provided to us upon ordering are correct. Change of details may not be possible once the order has been placed.
Wander + Laze will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If delays occur in the delivery process after we have dispatched the items, we will not be held responsible, however we will happily help you track down your order if needed.

4. LOCAL PICK-UP
Free local pickup is available for all orders. Select this option at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for processing. If your order is urgent, please phone the store and we will try our best to fast track.
5. SHIPPING TO USA
Australian-manufactured goods

From 5 April 2025, Australian-manufactured goods valued over US$800 are subject to a tariff of 10% on import into the United States via Postal services.

There is no change for Australian-manufactured goods valued at, or under US$800 sent via postal services from Australia to the US. These items will be free from duty and import tax, unless they fall under the de minimis exemption list.
For non-Australian-manufactured goods

As of 14 May 2025, the combined US tariff rate on goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau entering into the US using Australia Post’s postal services will be cut from 145% to 30%. In a joint statement released by the US and China Governments, it has been advised that the 30% tariff rate will apply for a 90-day period from 14 May 2025.

From 2 May 2025 there is no longer a de minimis exemption for goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau valued at, or less than US$800 sent via postal services from Australia to the US.

All items manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau will be subject to a formal clearance process, and therefore a tariff of 30% on import into the United States, even if sent via Australia Post postal services.

Goods manufactured in other countries being imported into the US will also be subject to their respective tariff amounts.
