SHIPPING RATES

Wander + Laze offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $200. This excludes rugs, furniture, or other bulky items, and limited edition releases.

​For all orders under $200, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

* If your item incurs postage costs that exceed the amount calculated at checkout, you many be issued a further postage invoice, or the option to cancel your order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We are actively monitoring all sales channels at all times. However, sometimes items may simultaneously sell out. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible via email, and give you the opportunity to swap your items, or request a refund to your original payment method.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders will be dispatched, via Australia Post, within 48hrs of being received, or if placed on a weekend, on the next business day.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address and details provided to us upon ordering are correct. Change of details may not be possible once the order has been placed.

Wander + Laze will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If delays occur in the delivery process after we have dispatched the items, we will not be held responsible, however we will happily help you track down your order if needed.

Please allow 2-14 business days from dispatch to receive your order, depending on chosen shipping method and postcode

LOCAL PICK UP

Free local pickup is available for all orders. Select this option at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for processing. If your order is urgent, please phone the store and we will try our best to fast track.

GIFTING

We love to wrap! If you require gift wrapping, please leave a note at checkout. We remove prices from all orders and do not include paper invoices.

RETURNS

Wander + Laze do NOT offer returns based on change of mind.

All orders are final once placed, and no cancellations or refunds will be offered.

If the goods you purchase are faulty, we will provide an exchange, store credit, or refund based on the nature of the issue. A refund request must be lodged within 48hrs of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase, and significant proof of the damage/issue with the product. If a return is offered, we will provide a shipping credit. All items are inspected prior to shipping, and care is taken to ensure they are packaged appropriately. If damage occurs during transit or upon delivery, we will not be held responsible.

Clothing returns due to incorrect sizing may be offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us via email to discuss. The following conditions apply;

- A replacement product or credit will not be issued until the original product is received back into store in original condition and inspected.

- In the case that the original sale qualified for free shipping, the credited amount will have the original shipping cost (as covered by W+L) deducted.

- The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

- The credit will be sent in the form of a coupon to apply to your next online order. This may be used to purchase the correct size, or an alternative product if the size is unavailable.

- We will not hold an alternative size while waiting for the product to be returned.
