SHIPPING & RETURNS

Standard Shipping - WE HAVE NOW UPGRADED ALL ORDERS TO EXPRESS POSTAGE

Wander + Laze offer free EXPRESS shipping within Australia for orders over $150. 

All orders under $150 will incur a flat rate $12 shipping fee, within Australia, and will be posted EXPRESS within 48hrs of the order being placed. Please allow 2-4 business days from dispatch to receive your order.

 

Small orders under $15 - including individual cards + bookmarks - have a flat rate $2 shipping fee, within Australia. Due to the high cost of express postage for cards/envelopes, these items will be posted by PRIORITY post, taking approximately 4 business days from dispatch.

International shipping

We have now added flat rate shipping to New Zealand + Indonesia due to popular request. If you live outside of these regions and would like to make a purchase, please contact us and we will advise you of the best available rate for your area.

Local Pickup

Available upon request to customers in the Margaret River region. We also offer free delivery for orders over $100 to customers within this region. Please contact to find out of you are eligible. You will be emailed pickup/dropoff information after placing your order if you select this option.

 

Shipping Policies

All orders will be dispatched, via Australia Post, within 48hrs of being received, or if placed on a weekend, on the next business day.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address and details provided to us upon ordering are correct. Change of details may not be possible once the order has been placed.

Wander + Laze will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If delays occur in the delivery process after we have dispatched the items, we will not be held responsible, however we will happily help you track down your order if needed.

 

Returns + Refunds

Wander + Laze do NOT offer returns based on change of mind.

All orders are final once placed, and no cancellations or refunds will be offered.

If the goods you purchase are faulty, we will provide an exchange, store credit, or refund based on the nature of the issue. A refund request must be lodged within 48hrs of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase, and significant proof of the damage/issue with the product. If a return is offered, we will provide a shipping credit. All items are inspected prior to shipping, and care is taken to ensure they are packaged appropriately. If damage occurs during transit or upon delivery, we will not be held responsible.

Size Exchange

If you purchase clothing and wish to exchange the size please contact us via email at hello@wanderandlaze.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are subject to availability, and of inspection of the returned garment.

Privacy Policy

Wander + Laze is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. 

We only use your information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us. Your details will be used by external secure services to process your payment.

We do NOT pass on any of your personal details.
